Hi, my name is Chris Doster, CEO/Head coach at Feel Better Training. I created the Pillars Of Health (POH) training program so that you can feel better in all areas of your life. 


The POH training program consists of 4 Pillars Of Health: 

1) Fitness 2) Nutrition 3) Sleep 4) Mindset


We convert your 4 Pillars Of Health self ratings into an overall well being score. Find your overall well being score here! 


From there we give you a simple plan to follow to improve your POH ratings and overall well being score.


This overall well being score is a great barometer for things that really matter, which ironically are hard to measure, such as:

4) Daily attitude

5) Creativity

6) Belly laughter

7) Productivity in your chosen career/hobby/family activities
